Description:

COME SUPPORT PALMYRA CANALTOWN DAYS, PAL-MAC XC TEAM, AND WESTERN NY HEROES by running the Palmyra Canal town Days 5k race.

After a two year absence, this year's race will be all about Fellowship. Join this years FAMILY FRIENDLY FUN RUN!!

The Palmyra Canaltown Days 5k will be held in Palmyra NY on September 25th. The race will start at 9:00am from the Port of Palmyra Marina.

Runners are encouraged to sign up for the race by pre-registering on runsignup.com. There will be race day registration which will end at 8:30AM.

This year’s race is all about our community with the emphasis on FAMILY, FUN & FELLOWSHIP! VIP Fit Club will be co-hosting this year’s event, offering pre-race stretching, an after race cool down, and providing encouragement all the way!! Grab your family & friends to join this fun run. Whether you’re a competitive runner or first-time racer there’s something for everyone. Register early to secure your swag bag. The entry fee will be just $10/person (kids under 5 years are free), and you'll have the opportunity to donate to one of the charities above as well!! (As this is an unofficially timed fun run, you may choose to wear your Fitbit to keep a more accurate record of your personal time.) Water stop along the way & post race refreshments will be provided!
